Washington Apples, like their namesake, are delicious shots, and extremely easy to make. Grab your cocktail shaker and let's get started.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Crown Royal (or similar Whiskey)
  • Apple Pucker (or similar sour apple liqueur)
  • Cranberry Juice
  • Shotglasses
  • Cocktail Mixer
  1. Step 1

First, fill your cocktail shaker up with a handful of ice.

  2. Step 2

Next, add .5 ounces of Crown Royal and .5 ounces of Apple Pucker for each shot you want to make. A standard shot glass is slightly over 1 ounce, so .5 ounces is slightly less than half of a shot glass.

Quick Tip: For every two shots you want, add one shot glass full of Crown Royal and one shot glass full of Apple Pucker.

  3. Step 3

Add a splash of cranberry juice cocktail to the mixer. For this recipe, a splash is about a teaspoon.

Remember, if you like your shots sweeter or stronger, feel free to reduce the amount of Crown Royal and increase the amount of cranberry juice. Slightly girlier? Yes. Tastier? Absolutely.

  4. Step 4

Now shake it up and pour 'em out.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make 3-4 of these shots and pour into a martini glass to enjoy as a martini
  • For every two shots you want, add one shot glass full of Crown Royal and one shot glass full of Apple Pucker.
  • Don't Drink and Drive.
