Step 1
Make a list of your wedding colors and any wedding decor that you already have lined up. Your wedding centerpieces should compliment the decor that you already have.
-
Step 2
Think about the theme of your wedding. If your wedding has a theme, it can be a lot easier to come up with a unique wedding centerpiece. For a Halloween wedding, you can use jack-o-lanterns. For a star wars wedding, you can use figurines or toys that are artfully arranged.

Step 3
Remember that wedding centerpieces can be functional. Some brides like to use food as a centerpiece. Towers or vases full of fruit are beautiful and useful to your guests. Think out of the box and you might use a vase full of water with a goldfish inside to that your guests can look at.

Step 4
Encourage your guests to snap photos by providing disposable cameras next to your wedding centerpiece. This is a great way to get candid photographs, as well as add to your decor.
