Look and Feel Younger Than Your Friends
Look and Feel Younger Than Your Friends

Eating right is key to staying, feeling and looking young! Eat a variety of fruits, nuts and vegetables everyday. I am hooked on blueberries, but sometimes I like papaya for breakfast. A little exercise is also great because it keeps you flexible and toned. Lastly, taking care of your face is important. Keeping wrinkles and saggy skin at bay for as long as possible is not a bad idea. Having good oral hygiene is also very important as you age.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • for a toned body, 20 minutes everyday or twice a day
  • for health, lots of fruits, vegetables and grains, goji berries
  • lean protein
  • for skin care, wine, coffee, tea, honey, oatmeal
  1. Step 1

Eat goji berries everyday! They are natural antibiotics and have been found to cure all kinds of stuff. Eat a wide variety of veggie, fruits and grains. A little protein has been found to be good for your brain too. Eat 4 small meals instead of 3 big ones.

  2. Step 2

Do yoga at least 5 days a week. 15-20 minutes before bed. You will be totally relaxed and sleep like a baby. When you get up in the morning, 10 minutes of yoga gives you a nice stretch, and gives you energy for a full day. Be consistant! You will look and feel better immediately and you will notice the difference if you stop!

  3. Step 3

Exfoliate your face and body with natural foods. Use coffee grounds and tea bags to tighten and brighten your skin. Use oatmeal and honey to clean and moisturize your face and body. Dip a cotton ball into red wine and cleanse your face with it. It will exfoliate your face and reduce the lines of crows feet.

Tips & Warnings
  • Yoga poses are simple and easy to learn. Try a few and switch them up periodocally.
  • Don't forget to take care of your teeth as well!
