Things You'll Need:

  • Box of Epsom Salt
  1. Step 1

    Simply disssolve 2 cups of Epsom Salt into a warm to hot bath. Do not make it too hot or you will not be able to enjoy the bath.
    When dissolving the Epsom Salt, it should be 2 cups of Epsom Salt per gallon of water.

  2. Step 2

    Get into the bath and relax from 15-20 minutes, but no more than 30 minutes. While relaxing, either read a box or close your eyes and let the stress of your day "sweat" away.

  3. Step 3

    Repeat everyday if you need it. It can be a way to get your "ME" time.
    By taking this kind of bath you can also:
    A) Soak away tiredness and soreness
    B) Soothe away stress
    C) Deep clean skin and pores
    D) Provide soothing relief from arthritic pain
    E) Warm and comfort your muscle aches
