Step 1
Postpone the actual trial or hearing to beat speeding ticket fight. The longer you postpone, the greater the chances the officer might not appear in court. In many states, you don’t have to pay speeding ticket if the officer is a no-show for the hearing and you automatically beat speeding ticket fight.
-
Step 2
Dress nicely when you go to traffic court to beat speeding ticket fight. Find out ahead of time when the traffic court hearing is. Show up early. You’ll need time to go through the metal detectors and calm your nerves before you present your speeding ticket defense.
-
Step 3
Smile and be nice to the officer. That officer will be the one to show up and contest your speeding ticket defense. You want them in a good mood when they show up for speeding ticket court. They will remember you if you give them an attitude.
-
Step 4
Check the actual speeding ticket. Speeding ticket errors can be grounds for a technical dismissal in speeding ticket court. In fact, these types of errors can be the best speeding ticket defense to use to beat speeding ticket fight.
-
Step 5
Take pictures of the area where you were cited a speeding ticket. Use the speeding ticket defense that the speed limit sign was not clearly visible on the road where you got the ticket.
-
Step 6
Be stupid. Never admit to speeding. When asked why you were pulled over, ask the officer if they’re doing a routine driver’s license check. If you don’t get out of the speeding ticket, ask the officer how you can pay it online. This will decrease the chances of the officer taking a lot of notes. The officer will assume you’re not going to go to speeding ticket court and may even lower the speed limit charges to enable you to avoid traffic court altogether.

on 9/15/2009 Great tips. It's been years since I've been pulled over because I rarely speed anymore. Back when I was younger, I paid MORE than my fair share of tickets. Hopefully I won't need this advice, but thanks a million for the tips! 5*
