Find out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). This will let you know the number of calories you can eat and remain the same weight. Of course, because you want to lose inches off your stomach fast, you will have to eat less.

Eat small meals, not large meals. You will not only feel better, but eating smaller meals reduce your calorie intake.

Stop eating by 7:00. This gives your body a longer time to burn off calories. You will feel better also, for the less food you have on your stomach at bedtime, the better you will feel.

Exercise by doing cardio and specific stomach reducing exercises such as sit-ups. Make sure when doing sit-ups that you do side sit-ups as well as frontal ones. Remember - that cardio can be fun and include activities such as belly dancing and skating.

Purchase a stomach -reducing garment if your time is nearing, and you still have bulges that you would like to camouflage.
