Things You'll Need:
- The willingness to try
-
Step 1
Ask yourself, “What do I think about all the time?” What is the focus of my conversations? Once you begin to pay attention to your thoughts and hear what you talk about to yourself all day long, it will be much easier to see why you have the things you have in your life. They may not be what you say you want, but they are what you SAY every day.
-
Step 2
Start thinking and talking about what you really want in your life. If you want more money, think, read and talk about ways to make it. Here are some things you can do: Order a finance magazine like Money or Fortune. Watch finance programs on television, some examples are MSMBC or the Bloomberg channel - the point is to become a person who understands and brings money into their life.
-
Step 3
If you want a relationship, go where the relationships are. Talk to more people, you never know where romance may be hiding. Affirm that you want and deserve a relationship, then go after it! Here are some examples of things you can do to find romance: Join a dating website like Match.com or eharmony.com. So many people are finding true love on the internet. Talk to friends, pursue a hobby or interest that gets you out of the house. Romance is not in front of the TV!
-
Step 4
Start today. Whatever you want more of in your life. Begin to really listen to your thoughts. Listen to your words. Make sure you are thinking and talking about what you really want, not what you don’t have. It sounds so simple, but I bet if you listen to your thoughts and words you'll be amazed. You'll see that you spend much more time thinking about what is wrong with your life than you do thinking and talking about what is right!
-
Step 5
No matter what you want to bring into your life. To truly transform what you think about (and therefore what you get) every day, replace a thought about what you DON'T want with a thought about what you DO want!

on 10/9/2009 You know sometimes we tend to make life harder than it really is. These tips may seem simple, but putting them in practice really can bring those positive changes.
