- knife
- rice
- bacon
- green onions
- soy sauce
- wok or pan to cook in

Step 1
you will need to cook your rice first 1 cup rice to 2 cups water bring to a boil with a lid on you pot then turn the heat off and let it set.... makes the rice perfect....

chop up green onions about 3-5. put aside, cut up bacon into 1-2 inch pieces, Place bacon into your wok or pan to fry until crispy. do not get rid of grease. Now place green onions in the wok or pan with the bacon and grease and stir fry for about 3 mins.

Now you add your rice on top of all of this... do not mix up yet... place lid on top for about 3 mins . Then you add soy sauce to make rice brown and stir until the color of brown you want it to be... This is super easy and loved by may family, really good side dish..
