You will learn how to sooth your child to a relaxing night sleep. A good night sleep can also bring a better calmer child during the day.
Our son is much calmer and happier now that he is sleeping through the night. This is how we achived just that with our son.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Olive oil, or lightly scented massage oil. or Melatonin
  1. Step 1

    Bathe the child in warm water. Keep lights dim in bathroom. After removing the child from the bath softly pat dry in a dim room.

  2. Step 2

    Lay the child on their tummy and apply a few drops of oil in the palm of your hands. Gently stroke the child's back. using your finger tips, lightly rub downward. You can do this several times until the child relaxes. Do not apply pressure. with your finger tips massage scalp

  3. Step 3

    speak gently to the child. Telling them how tired their legs are. And it's okay to let each body part fall asleep. Working your way up to their eyes

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also try Melatonin. It's found over the counter. None addictive, natural sleep aid. Start with 3mg
  • You must speak with your Child's doctor before trying any of these sleep solutions.
