1. Groom yourself. Nobody likes a dirty man. Take showers, brush your teeth, cut your nails, change your underwear, and other grooming actions that females hope that we take for granted.

2. Care for them in your heart and listen to what they say. You don't have to agree with them but take the time to show that they are important to you. However, stand strong for what you believe in to show that your beliefs and thoughts have value too.

3. Compliment them but be sincere and specific. All women are beautiful and they deserve to hear it.

4. Never kiss and tell. A man who is comfortable with himself doesn't need temporary self-esteem boosts from bragging about his conquests to show that he is a man. Not only does it make you less of a man, but a girl isn't a trophy to show around - she's someone who you can share a great experience with and possibly grow from.

5. Know yourself. How do you act around girls and how do you want to act around girls? Do you really want to be dating 4 girls or is it just that you want bragging rights? Distinguish what you truly want.

6. Acknowledge that you are a man. While you don't want to be crude, you should not pretend to be sexless either. You are not one of the girls so don't act like you are.

7. If you do want to date different girls, be honest with them. If you do like more than one girl, let them know that they are special to you and explain why you can't let them go. Though they may not be comfortable with it, it is hard to argue with someone's feelings.

8. If you only want to sleep with a girl, make sure that it is what the girl wants too. It is never a good idea to sleep with someone who wants something different from the "relationship" than you do.

9. Be yourself. Let your personality shine through. As long as you are true to yourself, what do you have to lose? Be confident in yourself and if you do get rejected, don't take it personally. Maybe she had a bad day or maybe she just wasn't the right girl for you. It doesn't matter but what does matter is that you were man enough to show who you truly are.

10. Practice these truths. If you enjoy women and are sincere with them, they can't help but enjoy you back.

• If you are not comfortable talking to girls, start off by giving a sincere compliment to one girl that you meet today. Add a compliment each day. Show that you care for them and they will care for you back. Don't have expectations and don't fear rejection. Enjoy yourself and if you be yourself, you have nothing to lose.
