Quickly Straighten Hair
Quickly Straighten Hair

I have a multi racial child and she straightens her own hair. Her hair is very thick and curly but in the picture above her hair was wet. She straightens her hair with a Remington Shine Therapy Straightener and it gets the job done.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 or 3 hairbows
  • flat iron
  • hairspray
  • hair brush
  • blow dryer(optional)
  • comb(optional)
  1. Step 1

If you want you can wash and blow dry your hair.

  2. Step 2

Divide you hair into 2 or 3 sections with your comb or your hand and put into hairbows.
Hook your flat iron up so that it can start to heat up.

  3. Step 3

Take the hair bow towards the back of your head out and brush with your hairbrush until tangle free.

  4. Step 4

Make sure your flat iron is hot and ready to use.
Take a 1 inch section from the loosened hair.
Pick up your flat iron and place at the root of the 1 inch section.
    Gradually pull down.
If your hair is not completely straight go over the section again.

  5. Step 5

Continue to pull 1 inch sections from the loosened hair and straighten them.

  6. Step 6

After you are complete with all of the loosened hair put it up into the hairbow that you took it out of.

  7. Step 7

Take out the next hairbow above the lowest one and repeat the straightening technique.

  8. Step 8

After completing that section of hair continue until you are done.

  9. Step 9

After you are done, style your hair into the style for you!

Tips & Warnings
  • After you are done apply the hairspray so your hair wont be frizzy.
