How to EASILY Make a "Bob" from Monsters vs. Aliens

Make "Bob" from Monsters vs. Aliens, VERY FAST and VERY CHEAP -- about $1.99! Easy to make, and any movie fan will love it! Make one -- or a bunch -- for birthday parties, gifts for the kids!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 2 - pieces of 9" x 11" blue felt
• 1 "Googly" Eyes from Craft Shop
• Sewing machine OR needle and thread
• Black felt marker
• Cotton balls

1. 

   Draw an outline of "Bob" on a piece of 8" x 11" paper.

2. 

   Cut out the paper shape to make a pattern, and place it on top of both sheets of felt stacked on top of each other.

3. 

   Cut around out the pattern, to make 2 identical "Bob" shapes.

4. 
   Give Bob a HUGE smile!

   Place both pieces on top of each other, and draw Bob's mouth on the top sheet.

5. 

   Sew the two pieces together, stitching along the outer edge, EXCEPT leave a 2 inch gap at the bottom for stuffing.

6. Stuff the cotton balls into the Bob shape, using a stick or chopstick to push the cotton into corners, then sew the bottom gap shut.

7. 

   Glue one googly eye right above the mouth (use a glue gun for best hold).

8. 

   . . . and here's Bob!

Tips & Warnings

• Make all the characters the same way, using different felt colors, etc.!
• Careful with the glue gun!
