Use mosquito repellent sprays. The obvious answer to repel mosquitoes is of course to use repellent sprays. However, a lot of people don't like wearing these sprays because of their smells so you'll have to find one that you're comfortable with.

Keep plants that repel mosquitoes in your yard. You can easily repel mosquitoes by growing certain plants. Rosemary and marigolds are two examples of plants that mosquitoes don't like to be around.
