Step 1
Go through your resume and add any customer service experience you have. Make sure you have any telephone, computer and phone experience on your resume.

If you don't have any customer service work experience add any volunteer work that you have done. Many volunteer opportunities include customer service type skills. List your skills so that they stand out on your resume.

Do a search through local job listings. Use the key words Part Time Customer Service Representative.

Apply for part time Customer Service Representative jobs online or in person.

Step 5
Follow up with a phone call! Make a call to the HR Manager or the contact person listed in the ad. If you get them on the phone it will help you get an interview for sure. Be very polite, get to the point and use excellent listening skills. All great qualities for their future customer service reps.
