Fall's New Penicl Miniskirt

Shopping for New Fall styles and one of them is the new Fall pencil miniskirt. Many women are afraid to try a shorter style for fear that they don't have the body type or long enough legs to wear such a body hugging style. Not to worry here are a few tips that will help you pull it off.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A cute pencil miniskirt in your favorite color and fabric
  • A slouchy big shirt
  • A long lean tee shirt
  • An oversized silky blouse
  • A cropped jacket
  • Your favorite pair of tights
  1. Step 1

When shopping for your new pencil miniskirt, look for one that fits well, not too tight and one you will feel confident to wear. These thigh high skirts look intimidating at first but once you try it on and start to add other items you will be hooked. Animal prints are always fun to wear and match easily, also darker skirts are very slimming too.

  2. Step 2

Once you have chosen your skirt then decide how to wear it by pairing it with a loose fitting longer tunic type silky blouse and a pair of cute tights and of course a pair of ankle boots. Next if you want a more laid back casual look, try pairing your skirt with tee shirt and wear a bigger open shirt over it, leave the outer shirt unbuttoned, go for a plaid or a colorful print with a solid contrasting tee. Looks great together and balances out the shorter skirt.

  3. Step 3

Next, if you still want to break up the shorter look and add some interesting deminsion, try a cropped jacket or shrug over a lean longer tee in your favorite Fall color. Don't forget the tights and of course a cute pair of shoes or ankle boots and your ready to go.

Tips & Warnings
  • Tip a very loose fitting, longer ,looser silky type tunic or feminine blouse will balance out the shorter length and make you feel more comfortable.
  • You might look FABULOUS!
