Things You'll Need:
- Instant Oatmeal
- Hot Water
- Microwavable Measuring Cup
- Vitamin E Capsules
- Safety Pin
- Mixing Bowl
- Plastic Serving Spoon
- Collagen Moisturizing Lotion

Step 1
Pour one cup of instant oatmeal into a large mixing bowl. It doesn’t matter what type you get, because they all work on fading stretch marks.

Step 2
Place two cups of water in a microwavable measuring cup. Heat for one-and-a-half minutes.

Pour the hot water (from step 2) into the mixing bowl.

Stir the oatmeal and water together until all of the oatmeal is thoroughly wet. It will be runny. After all, you’re not eating the oatmeal, but using it to get rid of stretch marks.

Step 5
Prick a hole in an individual Vitamin E capsule with a safety pin. The Vitamin E is excellent for skin repair when you get rid of stretch marks. Repeat with 5 capsules.

Step 6
Squeeze the Vitamin E capsule contents into the mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly with a plastic spoon.

Step 7
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Apply the mixture to the stretch mark areas of your skin. Allow to rest on the skin area for 10 minutes.

Step 9
Wipe the stretch mark mixture off of the skin. Rinse well with cool water.

Step 10
Apply a collagen moisturizing lotion to the area where you want to get rid of stretch marks.

Repeat daily for two weeks to notice as the stretch marks fade.
