Wash your turkey and pat dry. Season your turkey with seasoning salt and pepper (whatever seasoning you prefer I use Lawrey's) Take (1) large yellow onion, (1) bag (1) stalk of celery, and (1) green pepper. Rough cut or chunk up your vegetable and stuff into the cavity of the turkey. Place your turkey into a cooking bag and seal. Place your bagged turkey in to your cooking pan or roaster uncovered. Take a large fork and poke holes in the top of the cooking bag going down into the turkey, three times on each side of the turkey breast. Cook for the recommended time on your turkey packaging or until the button pops out on your turkey. Allow your turkey to cool before cutting. Guranteed to be the most flavorful, moist turkey you have ever had! Enjoy.
