Things You'll Need:
- 1 package spice cake mix
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 apples peeled and grated

Step 1
First you will need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then you will need a medium sized bowl. You will ten add the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs into the bowl. Then you beat with your mixer at medium speed until the cake batter has became smooth.

Then you will need to peel your apples. I use granny smith but you can use the apples of your choice. Then you will grate the apples then place them into the cake batter and stir in. Then you will need to line your muffin pans with the cup cake liners. You will need two cup cake pans to make 24 muffins.

You will fill the cups half way full. Then you will place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until you insert a toothpick into the middle of one of the muffins and it comes out clean. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
