Things You'll Need:
- sun block
- moisturizing lotion
- facial cleanser
-
Step 1
Every morning when you wake up, wash your face with Neutrogena Fresh Foaming cleanser.
-
Step 2
Before you put on your makeup, put on Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry touch sun block. I use SPF 55, the Neutrogena sun blocks have a moisturizer in them, so they act as the lotion and base. The sun block will dry completely and will not cause any caking or splotchiness on the makeup on top of it..
-
Step 3
Every evening wash your face with the Neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser and apply a night time moisturizing cream. I use the Oil of Olay active hydrating cream, which can be purchased from any CVS. Depending on how much money you want to spend, you can also use the N.V. Perricone M.D. Concentrated Restorative Crème, but it is very expensive. The NV Perricone line is amazing.
-
Step 4
Once a week in the shower, use a light exfoliating scrub to get rid of any dry skin or patches.
-
Step 5
To get rid of spots or discolorations, once a week you can use the ReNoviste Anti-Aging Glycolic Peel Kit by Loreal. Use it in the evening, it will even out spots and discolorations from prior sun damage.
