Control your Metabolism
Control your Metabolism

Control your metabolism with these simple steps, and your on your way to a leaner healthier you.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Will Power
  1. Step 1

First Some myths about eating and your metabolism. Eating fat does not make you fat. Your body needs fat to burn calories. Eating Carbohydrates does not make you fat, contrary to the popular no carb diets out there.

  2. Step 2

Your body needs Carbs, Proteins and fats to keep the metabolism engine burning continually, thus reducing stored fat. Combining all three of these food groups together in meals 4 times a day will give you the best results.

  3. Step 3

You should eat at 7- 8am and 4hr intervals after that, this will keep you from getting hungry and wanting those sweets between meals. Its a myth that you shouldn't eat at night, although I'd reduce the carbohydrates in your last meal of the day, carbs tend to be heavy and some say it reduces your ability to produce HGH while you sleep.

  4. Step 4

Exercising and drinking water will enhance your metabolism, and help you burn fat faster. Age has nothing to do with all of this. If you combine Carbs, Protein and fats into your meals. you'll find you want the sweets less and less. You'll sleep better, concentrate better, and have more energy than you ever thought you could.

Tips & Warnings
  • 4 meals a day
  • drink water
  • exercise
  • the old ck with your physician ,probably a good idea
