Step 1
First step, cut out all of your fast food. Your cake, and your snacks. Now you want to change your diet but give you energy throughout the day. Therefore, eat fruits, vegetables,chicken,turkey,yougurt,fish,and you can have oils like olive oil. This will not only make you lose pounds but give you more energy than you never experienced.

Step 2
The next step is to eat breakfast. I know its hard when you need to wake up for work but something small. A bagel, a piece of toast, even some healthy cereal like mini wheats is great. Make sure to eat three meals a day atleast with the following foods.

Step 3
The most important step is to exersice atleast an hour. Why an hour? Well you need to get your body back into shape and why not you'll have all the energy eats healthy foods that won't clog you down. Any aerobic is ok jogging,running,elliptic,. Whatever makes you happy as long as your heart rate is up. I do also encourage weight lifting just to tone up muscles, but cardio is very important. It will speed up your metabolism.
