I am always trying new ways to make a moist cake. I bake cakes for my family and friends just for a hobby. I love cake decorating and baking. I want the cake to taste as good as it looks. This is an easy, easy recipe that you use a boxed cake mix with. Everyone has probably heard of a chocolate mayonnaise cake. Well, this is the same idea, but you can use any flavor cake mix you want to use. it will turn out delicious and nobody will even know you have used mayonnaise in the cake. You won't be able to taste it at all. I don't like mayonnaise so i was reluctant to try it, but I did and it makes the most moist cake you have ever tasted.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 eggs
  • Electric mixer
  • Greased and floured cake pan, your choice
  1. Step 1

Pour cake mix in a mixer bowl. Add the water, mayonnaise and eggs.

  2. Step 2

Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes. Scrape bowl once in between.

  3. Step 3

Pour into greased and floured pans of your choice.

  4. Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cake it done when it springs bake when lightly touched.

  5. Step 5

Remove from oven and let cool on wired rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and let cool completely before frosting.

Tips & Warnings
  • you can also test for doneness when a toothpick inserted into middle of cake comes out dry.
  • Use the pan sizes as directed on cake mix box.
  • Enjoy!!
