TOMATOES*WITH JUICE,1 lb. SHRIMP*COOKED, PEELED AND DEVEINED, 3 CHICKEN BREAST*CUBED, 1 lb. SMOKED SAUSAGE,1/4 tsp. TABASCO, SALT AN PEPPER TO TASTE

MIX OIL AN FLOUR WELL. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 6 MINUTES. REMOVE AND STIR WITH A WHISK. MICROWAVE 1 MORE MINUTE OR UNTILL DARK WALNUT BROWN. (BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN.) ADD PEPPER, CELERY, AND ONIONS. MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES. ADD GARLIC AND PARSLEY. TRANSFER TO POT AND ADD CHICKEN BROTH, WATER, SALT, PEPPER, AND TOMATOES. BOIL AND LOWER HEAT; COOK FOR 30 MINUTES. ADD CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE AND COOK FOR 20 MINUTES. ADD SHRIMP, GUMBO FILE, AN TOBASCO. COOK FOR ADDITIONAL 10 TO 15 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER COOK. SHRIMP NEEDS TO REMAIN TENDER.
