Things You'll Need:

  • 1 - 16 oz. glass
  • 1 - Cocktail Stirrer
  • 2 - Key Lime Wedges
  • 1 - Dash Table Salt
  • 1 - Dash Black Pepper
  • 1 - Dash Celery Salt
  • 1 - 12 oz. Beer
  • 1 - 2 oz. Clamato Tomato Cocktail
  • 1 - Ice (as needed)
  • (Optional ingredients)
  • 1 - Dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 - Dash Habanero Pepper Sauce
  • 1 - Splash Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice
  1. Step 1

    It is most important to consider using the right glass when hosting a cocktail party or event. Some things to consider when choosing your cocktail glass: small glasses will require more cocktail attention, maintenance, and work by the server. whereas) large glasses will reduce the aforementioned, but run the risk of hindering flavor if not consumed at an average pace.

  2. Step 2

    Fill a 16 oz. glass (or designated glass type) with ice as needed (small ice cubes preferred).

  3. Step 3

    Pour 2 oz. of Clamato Tomato cocktail (or tomato cocktail substitute) over ice. Then pour (with glass tilted at 45 degree angle to reduce foam) 12 oz. beer (of your choice) into glass.

  4. Step 4

    Add dashes of salt, black pepper, and celery salt (add optional ingredients for bolder taste). Squeeze one lime wedge over drink and place lime into cocktail.

  5. Step 5

    Garnish edge of glass with one lime wedge and ENJOY~!

Tips & Warnings
  • It is important to add ice 1st and tilt glass when pouring beer.
