Things You'll Need:
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can peas
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Any other vegetables your family likes can be added

Step 1
Other vegetables can be addedMake Hobo Casserole by first chopping up the onion and potatoes along with any other vegetables you would like to add.
Crumble ground chuck into a deep casserole. Add chopped onion and diced potatoes; salt and pepper to taste. -
Step 2
Little kitchen helperAdd the peas (and other vegetables if desired), and mushroom soup. Stir to mix. Pour 1 cup of milk over the top of the ingredients.

Step 3
Ready to eat!Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes with a cover of aluminum foil. Uncover and bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve with green salad,or fruit salad,and dinner rolls.
Makes 4-6 servings.
