Relieve Back Pain During Pregnancy
By bjearwicke from www.sxc.hu

An aching back is a common complaint during pregnancy. If you haven't experienced pregnancy related back pain, then consider yourself lucky. It does not feel good. If you are feeling it, there are a few things that you can do to relieve the pain.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Relax often throughout the day. If you are walking around a lot, try to rest in a reclining position with your feet up as often as possible. Your back will thank you and you will find that you have less back pain.

  2. Step 2

Refrain from lifting heavy objects or bending over too much. These things can severely increase your back pain, which is not something that you want. You also do not want to strain anything.

  3. Step 3

Take a warm bath when you begin to feel back pain. Do not make the water too hot because that will not be good for you or the baby. Make the water a nice, warm temperature and soak for as long as you would like to to reduce the back pain.

  4. Step 4

Have someone rub your back after your bath. If you have no one to rub your back, consider purchasing an electric back massager or pay a visit to a massage therapist. It will be well worth the cost.
