How to Apply Internet Explorer Toolbar Skins
Internet Explorer toolbar skins are an easy way to give your browser a fresh look for free. Some websites that offer skins require you to download software in order to use their skins, so to protect your computer you should scan every file with an anti-spyware program to avoid viruses and malware. Malware (also known as malicious software) collects personal information about sites you visit and can slow down your computer.
