You like fashion, you like trendy clothes, and hey why not the discount you get from department stores such as Nordstrom, Macy's, Sears, and JCPenny's.
Things You'll Need
- dress clothes
- good attitude
- willingness to work on weekends
Look on the department store website such as Macy's, Sears, and Nordstroms. Most of the websites show what department in the store they are hiring and if its seasonal and not. After you complete the application. There is usually a questionnaire and the trick to that is to answer honestly. Just because they say how late are you usually to work you don't want to put never late because statistically you have been late.
The second step would be after you complete that they usually give you a time to pick from a list of dates. Pick one that you know you will be attentive, have time to get dressed, and ready to answer questions.
The third step and while you are waiting for the date. Which is going on your interview is to do a little investigation. Such as look at the dress code are they wearing all black if so wear all black to the interview. Are they all wearing some kind of jewelry if so wear jewelry. A more important aspect also is to see what kind of people are working there and how they act to the public. You want to act like the associate.
Lastly, when getting ready for the interview dress kinda trendy. Such as wear a cute necklace of a cute shirt. That shows "Hey I'm Trendy." Make sure to arrive at least fifteen minutes ahead of time and to show that you are a people person. Good Luck.
