If you have wavy or curly hair this is a simple way to straighten it.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • hair clip or pony tail holder
  • plug-in hair straigtener
  1. Step 1

Start by putting up the top part of your hair in a pony tail or hair clip. Leave about an inch of the bottom of your hair loose.

  2. Step 2

Start at the root and gather a section of hair. Clamp the hair in the straightener and pull down with a constant motion. Do not hold the straightener in one spot. Continue around the bottom section of hair.

  3. Step 3

Release another layer from hair clip or pony tail. Repeat step 2. At the bottom of the hair you could either curl or hair in or flip it out. If you choose to do this make sure to maintain a constant motion so you don't create any creases in you hair.

  4. Step 4

It typically takes about three layers of hair, depending on the thickness. Thicker hair will obvioulsy take longer to straighten. But remember not to keep the straightener in one spot.
