Things You'll Need:
- 90% of lean ground beef
- 3/4 cups cilantro, freshly chopped, divided
- 1/2 cups onions,red,finely chopped
- 1/4 cups scallion (green onions) chopped
- 2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder, preferably new Mexican
- 1 teaspoon cunin,ground
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried preferably Mexican
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, black ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, reduced fat
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 TABLESPOON OF PEPPER
- chipotle chilies adobe sauce, chopped
- 1/2 cups cheese,montery jack, shredded
- 4 whole roll, french,preferably whole-wheat, split and toasted
- 2 medium peppers chile,green Anaheim poblano,roasted
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 4 slices onions red, thinly sliced

Step 1
add all the fresh ingredients that this recipe calls for.First, pre heat grill to medium -high. Then place beef, 1/4 cup cilantro,onion,scallions,garlic,chilli powder,cumin,oregano,pepper and salt in a large bowl

Gently combine ,with out over mixing, until evenly incorporated. Form into 4 equal patties, about 1/2 inch thick and oval -shaped to match the rolls. Combine the remaining 1/2 cup cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice and chipotle in a small bowl.

grilling is an all time favorite !Peel the roasted peppers ,halve lengthwise and remove the seeds. Oil the grill rack Grill the burgers until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center registers 165F, about 6 minutes per side. Top with cheese and cook until it is melted , about 1 minute more.
assemble the burgers on toasted rolls with chipotle mayonnaise a roasted pepper,cabbage,tomatoe and onion
and watch your family and guest eat so hardy you can serve with fries, or any side dish I make a potatoes salad and my family loves it.
