    Try sipping on some Ginger Ale. Ginger is an old home remedy that is known to alleviate nausea. Some say that the carbonation in the Ginger Ale also helps reduce nausea symptoms. If you don't like ginger ale, you can also try drinking ginger tea as well.

  2. Step 2

    Use accupressure. At most pharmacies you can find wristbands that have snaps or buttons on them. These wristbands are designed to press against pressure points in your writs that will reduce nausea in some people.

  3. Step 3

    Eat a peppermint. Peppermints will also relieve nausea in some people.

  4. Step 4

    Try eating a few crackers,a small amount of bread or some dry cereal to reduce nausea. This is an especially effective natural treatment for pregnant women.
