Make a Chicken Salad Sandwich that tastes like an Arby's Roast Beef Chicken Salad Sandwich

Hello,

I came up with this Arby's Roast Beef chicken salad sandwich imitation recipe. The chicken can be leftover chicken, or made fresh. White meat is preferable, but any chicken will do.

I usually use this recipe to use leftover chicken. The images I've included are from a batch of chicken salad where the meat came from several leftover split chicken breasts which had been cooked on the barbecue.

This is the same taste as the Arby's Roast Beef chicken salad sandwich. It is easy to make.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cups cubed/chopped chicken.
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup halved red or black grapes
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  1. Step 1

Chop up the chicken and put it in the bowl.

  2. Step 2

Chop up the celery and put it in the bowl.

  3. Step 3

Halve the grapes and add them in also.

  4. Step 4

Add the crushed walnuts. If the walnuts need to be crushed, just put them in a sandwich bag and pound them with something.

  5. Step 5

Add the mayonnaise and stir it all together. You can check here, and see for your personal tastes if you'd like more mayonnaise.

  6. Step 6

Put the chicken salad on bread, add a leaf of lettuce, and you're set.
