  1. Step 1

    The diet which was founded by model named Nyree focuses on simply under eating. If you eat less you will lose weight. The diet is used commonly by models to keep weight off or lose weight.

  2. Step 2

    What to eat: The focus of the diet is not so much what you eat but how much you eat. The plan surrounds figuring out how many calories you need to consume in a day and slowly cutting that number down to starve your body.

  3. Step 3

    The Good: As you are starving yourself as part of the diet, weight loss is likely. The plan focuses on cutting out fast food first and then working on eating natural and healthy foods.

  4. Step 4
