Starting a new diet, or a work out regimen, but the challenge is sticking to it! How do you find the motivation to keep away from that cheesecake? Here are some creative ideas to make sure you stick to your goals!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Mirror
  • camera
  • dress
  • swim suit
  1. Step 1

The best motivation is constant reminder of what you want to achieve. Take a picture of yourself in a bikini and put it on your refrigerator. Every time you reach for that cheesecake, you will be reminded of your goals to get in shape or loose those pounds. This will also help motivate you to reach for a healthy snack, or a piece of fruit.

  2. Step 2

If you have roommates or feel embarrassed to put the picture up on the refrigerator, put the picture on your nightstand, so that you see it every day when you get up.

  3. Step 3

In addition to the picture, add mirrors (preferably full length) near your refrigerator and in your room. Mirrors will not only remind you of your goals, but as you achieve those goals, you will be able to notice the results from your hard work.

  4. Step 4

You can purchase a dress/pants one size too small and hang it up in your room. Knowing that you paid for the dress and can work towards wearing it will help visualize your goals. When you do get to wear it, it wil be worth every penny you spent.

  5. Step 5

If money is tight, dig into your old clothes and find an article of clothing that doesn't fit anymore, hang this up in our room. Soon you will be getting into that dress you wore 5 years ago.
