Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 package spiral pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cucumber cubed
  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/4 pound cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle poppy seed salad dressing
  1. Step 1

First you will need to cook the spiral pasta according to the directions on the package. Then you will need to drain the noodles and rinse in cold water. Make sure to drain all the water off of the noodles. Then place in a large bowl. Then add the cherry tomatoes and olives.

  2. Step 2

Then you will need to cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. These are tiny pieces. Then add these into the bowl. Then you will need to wash the cucumber a cut into cubes leaving the skin on. Then add to the bowl. Then you will need to cube the cheddar cheese and add into the bowl. Then you will need to roast the almonds if you did not buy roasted almonds. You will place the almonds on a baking dish and place in the oven on 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

You will now add all of these ingredients into the bowl with the noodles. You will then add the poppy seed salad dressing. You will add enough to coat all of the ingredients. Then cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. Then just before serving stir to insure all ingredients are coated with the dressing you may need to add a little more at this time.
