Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion

Step 1
You will need a large zip loc bag. You will then add the soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, the four cloves of garlic that you peeled and finely chopped, and the small onion that you finely chopped. You will then add the steak. You will then seal the bag and flip the bag a few times to insure all of the steak is covered with the marinade.

You will allow the steaks to marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Then you will need to drain the marinade off of the steaks when you are ready to cook it. Then you will need to get you grill nice and hot and place the steaks onto the grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the meat reaches your desired doneness.

Then you will remove from the grill and allow the steak to sit for a few minutes to let the juices be redistributed throughout the steak. Then you will cut the steak across the grain. Then it is time to eat this moist and delicious steak. Get your steak sauce or condiment of your choice and dig in.
