How to Find Your Perfect Bra
The perfect bra is a well-constructed component of daily wear that not only supports but enhances the body. You have only to look at a woman with an ill-fitting bra to see how it can add years to her appearance. There is a confidence that is undeniable when you look right and feel comfortable. Wearing the correct bra size is just as important as choosing the right bra.

Keep the measuring tape parallel with the ground. Measure for band size by placing the tape measure around your body beneath the bust area. Record the circumference number. If the measurement is even, add 4 inches. If the measurement is odd, add 5 inches.

The measuring tape should not be binding. Measure for cup size by placing the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust. Record the circumference number. If you arrive at a half-number, round it up to a whole number.

The average woman wears about six different bra sizes in a lifetime. Calculate your bra size by subtracting your band measurement from your cup measurement. For each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size. For instance, if the difference is 0 to 1/2 inch, your standard cup size is AA; if the difference is 1/2 to 1 inch, your standard cup size is A; if the difference is 2 inches, your standard cup size is B; if the difference is 3 inches, your standard cup size is C; and if the difference is 4 inches, your standard cup size is D.

Go to a department store where there are a variety of bra styles and fabrics to make your selection.

Tips & Warnings
Check for proper bra sizing yearly.
If you do not fill out the cup, you need a smaller size. And if you are overflowing, you need a larger cup size or fuller design.
Do not assume all bras fit alike.
