Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tbs Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 cup +- water
- 2 Tbs olive oil or other oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 Lightly oil a 12" pizza pan or other pan.

In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients, (add about 2 tbs parmesan cheese if you like) Make a well in middle add some water, oil, and some flour, mix lightly, then add rest of the ingredients.
If it is too stiff add about 1 or 2 tbs more water. -
Step 3
Finish mixing then turn out onto floured surface.
Knead lightly for about 4 minutes. Wrap in plastic and let rest. -
Step 4
Used jarred pasta sauce or diced tomatoes. I add some garlic, hot peppers, and more oregeno.

Lightly oil the pizza pan, spread out the dough making a ridge on edge. I like to grind some fresh prefer on the crust and dust it with about 3 tbs of parmesan cheese optional. Spread sauce and cheese of choice, and anything else you like (like calamari)

Pop into oven about 15-18 minutes till it looks god to you!
