Wheat grass has so many healing factors. Wheat Grass can be used as an appetite suppressant, a detoxifier, an immunity booster, a rich source of antioxidants to repair damaged cells and the list goes on and on. If you are in the market to incorporate wheat grass in your diet but are not really sure how you can do that below are a few ways you incorporate wheat grass into your daily diet.       Juice it yourself

      You can always purchase wheat grass at your local food co-op or health food store in small cartons that you can harvest and juice at home. You only really need about 3oz of Wheat Grass juice daily to give you that edge and I tend to mix it with juice.

      Buy frozen.

      If you don't have time to juice or raise the wheat grass yourself, frozen is always an alternative, though this is a little pricier it's definitely more convenient. I often will buy Wheat Grass ice cubes and throw them in juice it makes for an interesting drink.

      Buy in powder form

      Wheat grass just like protein shakes also come in powder from that you can scoop out and add to a drink or water. I've tried wheat grass powder and it's ok and is great for when you travel and don't have the connivance of refrigeration.

      Buy tablet form

      As with all health foods you can get Wheat grass in tablet form almost any place that sells vitamins and minerals. I don't take the tablet form myself as I see the healthiest route is always fresh from the source.
