  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup cream-style corn
