Vonage is a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone service provider. If you have Vonage service and want to cancel it, you don't have to lose your telephone number. Thanks to local number portability rules, you can keep the same number regardless of whether you are transporting it to a traditional, cellular or VoIP service.
