Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

  • Racquetball Goggles
  • Racquetball Rackets
  • Racquetballs
  • Water Bottles With Squeeze Caps
Step1
Turn your body parallel to the side wall.
Step2
Crouch slightly with your knees bent.
Step3
Pull your arm behind your body in a backswing.
Step4
Drop your swinging arm several inches lower than your other shoulder.
Step5
Swing in a low-to-high motion.
Step6
Aim for a spot on the ceiling within 6 feet of the front wall.
Step7
Get in position for your opponent's next shot.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use this shot mainly as a defensive strategy.
  • Avoid hitting the ball against the side wall.
  • Always wear goggles while playing racquetball.
