Things You'll Need:

• Comcast remote control

1. Press the "Menu" button on the remote control.

2. Press the arrow buttons to navigate to "Parental Control" and press "OK."

3. Set a lock PIN code if you have not accessed this menu before.

4. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to "Channel Locks." Press "OK."

5. Arrow up or down to highlight the channel you want to skip. Press "OK." Repeat for any other channels you want to skip.

6. Press "Exit" to leave the menu.

Tips & Warnings

• When you set the lock PIN code, make the code is easy to remember. If you forget it, you will need to call Comcast to have it reset.

on 9/20/2009 I've tried this and it doesn't skip the channels while clicking through, instead it annoyingly prompts for the pin number on the channels I'm not subscribed to. How can I skip these channels completely while flipping through?
