Step 1
The major sign that your baby is teething is that they are drooling a lot. This is a time when you will always want a burp cloth on hand to wipe up the drool.

When a baby that was having no trouble sleeping through the night is suddenly up all night long then they could be teething. This can start as early as 3 months old.

The baby is chewing on her hands constantly. This does not mean that they are hungry they are trying to soothe themselves by chewing on their fist.

A slight elevated temperature is also a sign of teething. Nothing drastic like over a hundred but just a slight temperature.

Baby is more fussy than usual and can't seem to get comfortable no matter what position they are in.
