- Racquetball Goggles
- Racquetball Rackets
- Racquetballs
- Water Bottles With Squeeze Caps
Step1
Turn your shoulders and hips parallel to the side wall.
Step2
Crouch slightly by bending your knees.
Step3
Bring your swinging arm across your body.
Step4
Bend your elbow 90 degrees.
Step6
Swing with your shoulder first, then elbow, then wrist - in quick, successive order.
Step7
Shift your weight from your back foot to your front foot as you swing.
Step8
Follow through with your swing.

on 11/22/2005 Don't grip too tight. Just as in golf, too much grip pressure reduces power and accuracy. You don't need to snap your wrists either, the action is more of a release than a snapping motion. Let the ball drop to knee high (or lower) before attempting an offensive shot whenever possible. This puts you in a position for a more fluid swing and makes hitting low shots easier.
