Have sex. Having sex releases endorphins that make you feel happy and help you relax. Why do you think it’s so easy to fall asleep afterwards? Plus it's fun.

Try prenatal yoga. Not only will it help you relax but you will retain some of your flexibility, which may help with step 1.

Step 3
Get a massage. This is the time of your life when you really have an excuse to get pampered. Take advantage of it. Many massage parlors offer prenatal massages specific to pregnant women.

Step 4
Go swimming or take a prenatal aquatics class. The water will take the weight off of your belly and help your back. It’s also a low impact exercise.

Step 5
Spend some time with your husband or boyfriend. Having fun will take your mind off of the baby growing inside of you, for a while.
