A way to enhance your Worms/Night Crawlers for better fishing results. Also can be used to make your worm better for trolling.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Insulin Syringe
  1. Step 1

Carry along a syringe in your tackle box, the type used by diabetics. You should be able to procure one from your local medical supply store, a diabetic friend or..well better not ask anyone else. Please make sure that whenever you get one it is new and unused.

  2. Step 2

When you decide to use a worm for bait for bottom fishing or trolling use your syringe to give the worm a shot of air. This will increase his size and will also give the worm more buoyancy in the water. This works really well when you want the worm to stay above the bottom and not settle in the muck.

  3. Step 3

If you want to become creative give the worms a shot of various liquid fish attractors. ..You could even experiment with various food coloring. HAPPY FISHING :-)

Tips & Warnings
  • This probably goes without saying but please do not pick up a used syringe that you find under the bridges etc......only use one that you know was procurred as clean. I am not doubting your intelligence but I felt a need to give this warning.
