Things You'll Need:
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 cups quick oats
- 2 cups raisins

Step 1
You will need a large bowl where you will add the butter, brown sugar, and sugar and beat this mixture together until it becomes creamy. Then you will add the eggs and vanilla and then mix again. Then in another bowl you will need to add the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon and mix these ingredients together.

Then you will add the oatmeal and raisins into the flour mixture and mix well so that you distribute the oats and raisins through out the flour mixture. Now you will add the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture. You will need to mix the ingredients together well. You will then need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

You will then need ungreased cookie sheets. You will need to place tablespoons of the cookie batter onto the cookie sheet leaving an inch between each cookie. You will then bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes then place them on a wire rack to cool completely.
