How to make a Blueberry Smoothie with Soy Milk.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • Vanilla extract
  • Soy milk
  • Blueberry Juice
  1. Step 1

Children can become lactose intolerant at any age. If your child develops this allergy to milk, there are alternatives they can enjoy and this "Very Merry Blueberry Smoothie" is just one of them. This smoothie is made with Soy milk and is an easy recipe that serves two people and can be prepared in less than five minutes. Start by letting the frozen blueberries sit out at room temperature for ten minutes.

  2. Step 2

Pour 1 1/2 cups of Soy Milk into blender or food processor.

  3. Step 3

Add 10 ounces of frozen blueberries (they can be slightly thawed if you don't want a really cool smoothie).

  4. Step 4

    Add 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

  5. Step 5

    Add 1 ripe Banana

  6. Step 6

Pour in 1/3 cup Ocean Spray Blueberry Juice

  7. Step 7

Mix all ingredients at high speed until smooth. Pour mixture into two glasses. Garnish glasses with a slice of strawberry and enjoy!
