How to Connect a Dial Up Router
Make the most of your dial-up connection with a wireless network. Though not nearly as popular as broadband networks, dial-up based wireless networks still offer the same functionality as their broadband counterparts, letting you connect multiple computers to one dial-up connection. Read on to find out how you can connect a dial-up router and share your dial-up connection.

Plug one end of a phone line into the phone jack located on the back-left side of the Wiflyer wireless router and marked with a phone icon. Plug the other end of phone cable into a phone outlet.

Plug the Wiflyer's power supply into the DC power port located at back-right side of the Wiflyer, then plug it into a power outlet. Press the power button located on the top of the Wiflyer.

Launch your computer's wireless connection manager and connect to the "wiflyer." After the connection has been established, launch your Internet browser. The Wiflyer configuration page will appear.

Select your ISP (Internet Service Provider) from the list-menu labeled "Internet Service Provider"--if listed, your ISP's access number will appear in the box labeled "Access Number." If your ISP does not appear in the list-menu, select the "Unlisted" option and enter the access number manually--if you can't locate your ISP's access number in your dial-up registration packet, contact your ISP's technical support department by phone.

Key in your ISP user name and password--from your dial-up Internet account--into their labeled fields and click "Dial Now." After the connection has been established, you can connect additional wireless devices to your Wiflyer dial-up network.

Tips & Warnings
If the Wiflyler connection page fails to load when initially launching your Internet browser, manually navigate to the connection page by typing "http://192.168.7.77" into your browser's address bar.
